Hi, I need to clarify my doubt regarding the prohibition period at Pvt jobs. I'm working in one company. I have 2 years of experience before that. Before joining I haven't check the offer letter clearly. It is mentioned the prohibition period. Is it right to give 12 months prohibition period for 2 years experienced candidate?
In the offer letter, it is mentioned as 12 months prohibition period. In the first 3 months we usually have monthly one leave. But suddenly manager saying in the prohibition period you are not eligible for paid leaves. What is Indian law for employees leaves in the prohibition period. If a manager intentionally doing this for how I can approach legally. Please suggest me.
