We are planning to start a Business College in Jaipur. Can someone help us by sharing what permissions are required from the state government?

Permissions Required for Starting a Business College

You need permission from the government to start the course and college. This includes permission for building from local government authorities, such as the panchayat, municipality, or municipal corporation. Additionally, you will need approval from the pollution control board for waste and effluvia disposal. If you are outsourcing services like security, cleanliness, or catering, you will require permission under the CLRA Act. Registration under PF, ESI, and Labour Welfare Fund legislations is also necessary, along with compliance with Income Tax regulations.

All this should have been covered in the research you did when you wrote the Business Plan to set up the business. If you do not have a Business Plan, I would suggest that is your first task. It will show you what needs to be done, how you will run the business, the problems you may encounter, your competition, how you will finance the business, and the all-important SWOT analysis.
