The salary structure was incorrect at the time of inspection; the previous HR had maintained the wrong structure. I want to correct this. Can someone help me with the 8860 CTC Salary Structure?

Dear Member, The attached CTC is not for Rs. 8860/-, actually, it is more. Rs. 8860 is the gross monthly wages. Moreover, calculations are done based on the number of days. When drafting any CTC, you need not consider the number of days; it should be constant. You need to add employer PF-ESI contributions, monthly bonus components, gratuity, etc. In some establishments, leave calculation (monthly part) is also added to the CTC. I have removed the days and updated the structure based on PF-ESI and bonus components. You can modify it as per your company's requirements/emoluments.
