If you know that a person uses fake documents like aadhar, how will you justify that he is a genuine person?
EPF has only one standard to verify employees, and that is through Aadhar authentication.
And I believe if a person can make fake aadhar, then he is probably not a genuine person in general.
However based on other genuine authenticated documents, you can guide him to get the authenticated aadhar card made.
As regards to your query, if aadhar is not genuine, then his epf account will not be opened any ways.
