Navigating Job Opportunities in PSU and GSI with Vision Impairment: Seeking Advice from Peers

I am blind in one eye and pursuing a master's in geology. Can I get jobs in PSU and GSI, or will I be declared unfit? Please advise me.

The government sector, including PSUs, follows a reservation policy where 3% of vacancies are allocated to physically handicapped (PH) candidates. Out of this, 1% is exclusively for visually challenged individuals, and you would be eligible provided you meet the criteria. It is often challenging to find qualified visually impaired candidates.
