There is no provision as such towards not contributing for epf of employees.
One can only form a trust and get exemptions by applying to epf authoriy undertaking that they shall provide better social security and benefits than what epf is providing.
The procedure involves submittion of all necessary documents and fulfilment of conditons related to exemption.
You may have to approach to epf office and concerned authority for this.
