Frustrated with Delayed Full and Final Settlement: What Steps Should I Take Next?

I was a Regional Manager in a Noida-based private company and resigned in August 2020 by extending one month's notice as per my employment contract. I was officially relieved in September 2020. I have submitted my NOC form and returned company material, receiving a confirmation email from the concerned HR.

Despite sending numerous follow-up emails for my Full and Final settlement to the Managing Director, CEO, HR, and line managers, no one responded even after 90 days of my exit. Consequently, I sent a legal notice, but the company has shown no interest in resolving this issue. Please advise on how I should proceed further.

After my exit from the company, it has been 95 days, and my PF contribution has not been filed by the employer. Whom should I complain to about this? Please suggest.
