Fnf Settlements delay from employer - company Not bothered to resolve this issue, pls suggest how can I proceed further?

Dear Sir, I was a Regional Mgr in one Noida-based pvt company and resigned in August 2020 by extending one month's notice as per my employment contract. I have been officially relieved by September month 2020. I have submitted my NOC form as well by returning company material and got a confirmation email from concern HR. After that written many emails in follow up for my FNF by marking to MD, CEO, HR and line mgrs, but no one responded after 90 days of my exit, hence sent legal notice but still that company Not bothered to resolve this issue, pls suggest how can I proceed further?

After my exit from company relieve, its been 95 days my pf contribution not filled by employer. Whom to complain on this? Pls suggest.

Next course of action can be suggested after perusing the legal notice which you had sent to your employer.
