Dear Colleague,
As well said by our Colleague, very crisp and clear, when criminal case is registered, then it is honestly to be declared and disclosed to the prospective employer without fail. It is legally, morally, ethically right to disclose such a development to the Organization well in advance rather than hiding the fact which might workout negatively later on even after joining the services which will be much worse situation.
When we approach such challenges very positively and openly even though it may lead to a temporary set back some-times it will give lot of positive strength in the long run. A good BVG Firm is really capable of Locating such cases registered and if it comes as a Negative Result then the image of Candidate will be negative in the subsequent time later on also.
Moreover even if BVG fails to notice ( very rare chances) such a case registered, after joining, there may be requirement to go for hearings to the court and many more consequents like leave, loss of metal peace, remark on hiding fact and so many things will follow.
Overall it is advisable to disclose honestly, the fact now itself what may come the net result leaving rest to the Almighty. This is one way Professional Ethics.
All the Best and God Bless
