Stuck with Two PF UAN Numbers: How Can I Fix My KYC and Withdrawal Issue?

Sivashankaran
Dear Team, I have two PF UAN numbers. One was settled by physical form before creating a new UAN number. After two years, I saw my old UAN on the member portal with some balance available. I applied for this amount and received it. Now, when I try to do a partial withdrawal in my new UAN, it shows that my KYC is already registered with that UAN number. How can I rectify this issue? Is there any form or procedure I need to follow? Kindly advise me on how to sort this out. Thank you.

Merging UANs and Transfer Claim Process

A member must merge all UANs into the present UAN by submitting a transfer claim (Form 13). Once this is done, the old UAN will be abolished.
