Struggling with EPF Sub-code Creation: Why Is My PAN Still Not Verified?

In the EPF, we started applying for a new subcode for a new divided unit. Initially, we were asked to update the PAN number (previously not linked to PAN). Due to a small punctuation difference in the names, we were asked to submit Form 5A. Despite sending repeated emails (Employer Feedback ID), the PAN was added, but we still see the message "PAN not verified."

Now, we are requested to add a phone number, but the column is not enabled for editing. Consequently, we are unable to create a new sub-code for our unit.

Could someone please provide guidance?

Steps to Complete Form 5A and Apply for a Sub-Code

1) The main unit has to complete Form 5A and verify it with a DSC.

2) The main unit has to apply for a sub-code for its branch. Requisite documents should be DSC-signed by the main unit (employer) only. Once it is completed, the main unit will share the ID and password with the sub-unit for the addition of employees, filing ECR, and challan, etc.
