Hi All, I am very new to this forum. I have joined a small IT organization in the PMO team. They hired me on a contract for 3 months, and my contract ended on 1st Dec. They have now extended the contract for another 3 months, totaling 6 months. They are saying that I cannot take any leaves. Is there any leave that I can take as they say that they do not have any for contractual employees in the organization? How can a person work without any leaves? Also, they can again extend my contract after March 2021 and say no leaves? Can anyone suggest if there is any law related to this or as an employee what is it that I can ask them for?
