Facing PF Claim Rejection? How to Resubmit with Correct Bank Details

I am looking to withdraw my PF amount to support my family. When I submitted my PF withdrawal request, I received the following status:

Claim Rejected: CHEQUE NOT ENCLOSED. RESUBMIT WITH IFSC CODE, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, AND MEMBER NAME PRINTED ON THE CHEQUE.

Please submit a canceled check to the EPFO bearing your name on it. That is the requirement.
