Can you please help to understand 3 questions regarding Employee Referral Program in an organization?
I would like to know the legal aspects of it.
1] Can the hiring Manager to be eligible to get a Referral Bonus?
2] How to deal with referral bonuses when the references are given across the country border. Eg. India employees referring candidates to their UK/US branch openings?
3] Can Contractors be a part of the Employee Referral Bonus program? Is there any law for the same?
