Confused About Applying for Monthly Pension with Self-Signature Form? Let's Clarify the Process!

If the employee's UAN is activated and KYC details are digitally approved by the employer, as well as nominee details updated, in such cases, apply for a monthly pension via the self-signature form to the regional PF office. This is a recent update from EPF. The new form clearly requires only self-signature, but some PF offices insist on bringing a signed form of Pension via the employer and so on. According to the new amendment from the Government, we have tried this process. Please clarify this matter.
