We are planning to start inductions for our contract employees. Please help me with the process, procedure, and samples which you are following in your company.
Induction programme has to be done by the Contractor concerned. You have to only provide organisation specific, job specific as well as Occupational Health, Safety & Environment specific inputs as is needed.
