Hi Folks, R and D Unit (Haryana) comes under shop act or not if there is no sales or service to any customer nor any other commercial activity is carried out.
Model Shops and Establishment ( Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service ) Bill,2016 is adopted by the Haryana state or not.
