Is Master of Arts (Labour Management) eligible for the post of UPSC Assistant Labour Commissioner Exam?

Dear All, Is Master of Arts (Labour Management) eligible for the post of UPSC Assistant Labour Commissioner Exam? I have seen the eligibility criteria of the same Exam held on 2017. The eligibility criteria stated as follows,
" 1. Graduate Degree 2. Diploma in Social work/Labour Welfare/Laws/IR/Personnel Management. 3. 35 years of Age".
Therefore I request all to let me know whether my education qualification meet the eligibility criteria for the same.
