Employee Rejoined but Missing from PF List: How Can We Fix This Before Retirement?

Dear all, one of our employees resigned from the job three years ago and rejoined after a year. At the time of rejoining, we forgot to enroll his name in the PF portal, but contributions for the last two years are being remitted to his UAN. However, his name is not appearing on the PF active member list. Could anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue? This could potentially become a significant problem during his retirement.

Please ask your HR to verify his details in Form-9, which is maintained by the establishment for EPF purposes.

Dear Amian, please check the Member ID to which the EPF contribution is going. In the UAN Portal (Dashboard), you can check UAN membership details. Have you not filed exit details for your first employment? Employees can check their EPF Passbook for remittance details. Thank you.
