Issues resolved by visiting Internet Explorer --> Press Alt + T (For Tools) -> Go to Internet Options --> Go to Content -->Go to Certificates --> Remove all certificates that appear
After that please uninstall and reinstall DSC, then try again and proceed with the process.
Try to do with E sign (By Aadhaar OTP) You work will be done.
