Struggling with EPFO: How Can I Resolve This EDLI Calculation Error?

Hello, my husband passed away on 8th May 2019. Before his death, he worked in two establishments. In the first company, he worked from 01-Sep-2014 to 31-Mar-2019, and in the second from 01-Apr-2019 to 08-May-2019. EPFO settled the EDLI amount as Rs. 16,771. I kindly seek help on how to address this with EPFO. I have visited the EPFO office many times and lodged complaints on the grievance portal. I received a reply stating that a technical glitch caused the error. However, it has been three months since then, and there has been no further response from the PF office. Please advise.

Your 2014 data of EPF contribution probably is not transferred. Maybe due to the lack of UAN.
