Error in Edli Calculation - received a reply that due to some technical glitch this error happened

Hello, sir my husband died on 8 May 2019, before his death he worked in 2 establishments in the first company from 01-Sep-2014 to 31-Mar-2019 and in 2 01-Apr-2019 to 08-May-2019. EPFO settled Edli amount as Rs. 16771. Kindly help how to take this up with EPFO. I have visited many times EPFO, and complaint on the grievance portal. Where I received a reply that due to some technical glitch this error happened. But that is also 3 months back and again no reply from PF office. Please advise.

Pl check Previous EPF Accumulations has been Transferred or not? you can log in to UAN Member Portal & find out

Your 2014 data of epf contribution probably is not transfered.may be due to lack of UAN.
