you have to First find out whether deceased Employee is entitled for Death Benefit? if yes approach Welfare Department with all the details.

Please, visit the Office of the Asst.Commissioner of Labor ( Social Welfare ) through which the deceased registered himself/herself as member of the TN Labor Welfare Board with his/her ID card and death certificate. He will guide you properly.
