How to get benefit under Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana without violation of rules & regulations/Terms & conditions/Law

Can our members clarify whether any notification issued by GOI with regard this scheme and any of our member companies availing this facilities from which month onwards

more than 20% of MSME companies are enjoying the scheme, the portal displays the eligibility basic criteria on ECR filing page as if the establishment is found eligible, the portal flash it with red lines, the establishment has to file the declaration in advance, and intimate the new registered UANs, and it get active
in the declaration the establishment has to declare that they have not deducted the EPF contributions from the eligible members, which may be cross examined by the department in case of any doubt
after the process the the benefits are auto displayed in ECR

Hello everyone. We are an MSME and having 30 employees. We are employing 5 fresh people who do not have any EPF account, from 1st April. Their wages will be about Rs.9,000. Will we be eligible for this scheme? Should we just enter the new employees on the portal with their details from Aadhar card or do we have to send any written intimation to PF office? Should we deduct their PF or not?
