I joined an organization recently and left. Due to covid, we did not have any signing of documents.
They just sent a declaration template, in which I had to mention my name and date of the offer. It was written on the declaration that I accept the offer. I mailed it. This declaration is also not signed. Is this legal? If some disputes arise, can I seek legal help based on these circumstances?
