Had terminated an employee on an immediate basis due to non-performance - is the company bound to pay his full and final amount?

Ya what are the prior conditions of Appointment letter.. Have you mentioned above point.. Any under performance the recruity will be sent out without any F and F benefits. Did he agree.
As per labour laws he is eligible for F n F benefits after removal by the company itself..
Not filled day work slips is not at all a point for denial of FnF to him. It is totally internal matter of your company's admin.
Can the company
say "he has not worked as he didn't fill the day work sheets.. So you are not liable to pay..
It is not correct...
So pls clear all f nf dues and relax..
