Dear, In govt department an employee is to submit a personal bond and a Surety bond before proceeding to Extra Ordinary leave.
Can the amount of Personal bond and Surety bond be different?

Personal bond is executed by employee himself / herself
Surety bond is executed by any relative, i.e guarantor
both bonds are different and normally does not carry same value
