In case of statutory bonus, as per the Payment of Bonus Act 1965, it applies to –
(a) every factory; and
(b) every other establishment in which twenty or more persons are employed on any day during an accounting year unless exempted by the State Government, for which there is no possibility.
So you will have to see whether your organisation comes under (a) or (b) above. Otherwise it will be non-statutory bonus and it would depend on the policy of the organisation.

You are entitled for statutory bonus if your establishment falls under coverage of Payment of Bonus Act,1965
Applicable to any establishment with 20 or more employees or any factory with 10 or more employees.
Eligible for employees drawing ₹21000 per month or less (basic + DA, excluding other allowances). As per the 2015...
Bonus payable will be at a min rate of 8.33%, and max at 20 %.
As far as Diwali bonus is concerned,it is a matter of individual factory/office policy.
So really cannot comment.
