Dear sir, we have an Industrial Testing Lab. Could you please inform me about the overtime rate in Kolkata, West Bengal?

If your Industrial Testing Lab is covered under the Factories Act, OT calculation will be based on norms under the Factories Act. If it is under the Shops & EST Act, then it will be as per the S & E Act. There is no special formula for Kolkata, West Bengal.
