Dear Pankaj, there is no provision for advance leave under any Indian Labor Law. However, there is a type of leave called "Leave not Due" for Central Government employees; this is essentially earned leave that is sanctioned in advance and later deducted.

Incorporating Advance Leave in Industrial Establishments

Nevertheless, there is no restriction for any industrial establishment to incorporate such an additional type of leave in its leave rules or policy. If this provision exists, you will be sanctioned the leave; otherwise, you will have to go on leave on Loss of Pay (LOP) only.
