We have contractors for handling jobs like loading and unloading. our contractor wants to deduct in salary expenses incurred by him like accommodation, food, transport which he spending per day for the employees. What is the maximum percentage of deductions allowed?
Can he pay a balance salary in cash above Rs 10000? Pl clarify sir
