Pvt Ltd Company with 13 Employees Male:13, Female:0, anything non compliance here..?

Hi Everyone.. my question is....
Our's is a Pvt Ltd company is having 13 employees and all of them are male employees, would this be a problem as we do not have any female employees..? Kindly guide
