PF merge - "Previous employer does not have authorized digital signatory, hence claim cannot be processed"

"Previous employer does not have authorized digital signatory, hence claim cannot be processed".
any suggestion how to solve this.( i have two previous employer while transferring both pf to my present employers it shows the same error.)
so guide me with whom i have to contact.

submit physical form 13 to present EPF office, with certification done by present employer, the only way to get it done
