"Previous employer does not have an authorized digital signatory, hence the claim cannot be processed. Any suggestions on how to solve this? I have two previous employers, and when transferring both PFs to my present employer, it shows the same error. Please guide me on whom I have to contact."

Please submit the physical Form 13 to the EPF office, with certification completed by your current employer. This is the only way to proceed with the submission.
