Hi, I want to restart my career in HR. I have a long gap. Previously I used to work as an HR admin, and I have experience in recruitment also. What's the best way to restart my career. Should I take any course in hr to enhance my skills? Thank you.
As you have some experience in HR function, adding an academic qualification in HR field would be helpful in making a mark in the career. As there is a gap , you may have to start somewhere with whatever you are able to and then look for better opportunities.
