your last comment is not clear, he got 58+ so what? if he did not got three month pension then it would get credited afterwards, department does not works as robot but many things have to be done manually, viz verification of past records with form 9, total contribution history, NCP days per year, and it takes some time, to get the arrears ( if any, payable)
But asking to credit YOUR pension amount to his account? we can not understood the point here
