Draft letter - to ex-employee that we are not able to process full & final settlement as exit formalities not completed within the time frame

Can anyone send a draft letter to an ex-employee notifying them that we are unable to process the full and final settlement as the exit formalities were not completed within the specified time frame.

You will appreciate that the senior expert members from this forum are trying their level best to provide solutions to the day-to-day problems being faced by practicing HR professionals and industries/companies from their busy scheduled work. But this does not mean that the forum may give solutions to routine jobs.
