Which components are included in calculating the PF amount in 2020 after the Supreme Court judgment to add Special Allowance for PF calculation? What other allowances do we need to include in Basic Wage?

All other allowances except HRA need to be considered for PF calculation, subject to the ceiling amount of INR 15,000/- per month.

In a company, when they were contributing 12% towards PF with an equivalent amount from the management on the gross salary (excluding HRA) exceeding ₹15,000 per month, can they now revise it and restrict it to ₹15,000 only?
