In this COVID situation, some employees are working from home, and some are coming to the office. Being an HR professional, I want to celebrate the Navratri festival and have every employee participate.

Please provide me with some ideas on how to proceed.

In Northern states, respective governments are strictly adhering to COVID protocols. In such a situation, it would be better to check with the District Administration representative before organizing the celebration of a festival.
