Stuck with an Old UAN and Can't Access My Account: How Can I Raise a Claim Now?

Mahen@4321
In 2016, I joined a company and left. I joined another company and a new UAN was provided. Now, I want to raise a claim, but it's showing that my previous UAN is linked to this bank account, and I can't log into that account because the mobile number associated with it is unknown to me. Now, I can't raise a claim with my current UAN. Please help.

Steps to Merge UAN

First, merge the UAN by submitting the joint declaration. Then proceed.

Thank you.

Open the member portal with the present UAN. File an online transfer claim by inserting the old UAN number, then select approval by the present employer. Ask the employer to approve it with a DSC. After the DSC approval, your old account will automatically merge with the present UAN, and all balances will be reflected in the present passbook. After the process, the old UAN will become vacant and unusable as there will be nothing left.
