Dear All, I need to prepare a letter for reply extension in joining date. I would like to request some format or sample on how to write a letter for how to reply to the mail for an extension of the joining date from the new joinee.
I'm not able to clearly understand what would you really require. Is't that you need a draft letter format for replying to a request received by you seeking extension of joining time from a new joinee/candidate (who are supposed to join now but seeking extension of time to join). Am I correct. If yes, you have to tell us whether you wish to reply agreed or not agreed or partially agreed.
As per your request, your joining has been extended for a month, your new date of joining is ______. Kindly acknowledge the same.
