I need to develop a tracking template for our interventions for families (poverty graduation program) to share each week with the global head.

Steps in the Project

1. Registration of families
2. Shortlisting of families
3. Approval of families from the committee
4. Enrollment of families in the program
5. Developing Family Development Plans (FDPs) (economy, education, health, social inclusion, etc.)
6. Approval of FDPs from the committee
7. Release grant for planned FDP
