Confused About Rejected Form-10C and Form-19? Need Help Understanding Contribution Issue

I submitted Form-10C and Form-19, but they were rejected due to the following reason:

"Claim Rejected. PLEASE SUBMIT CLARIFICATION REGARDING CONTRIBUTION RECEIVED AFTER THE DATE OF LEAVING."

I am unable to find this reason or related inquiry on the internet. Please help me understand the reason so that I can resubmit the forms again.

It seems that your employer might have submitted the contributions late after you left the organization. Seek clarification from your employer. Meet the concerned EPFO in person. Maybe a letter in this regard would be required to be submitted jointly by you and your employer.
