Please submit clarification reg contribution which has been received after date of leaving

I submitted Form-10C and Form-19. But it is rejected due to following reason.
"Claim Rejected PLEASE SUBMIT CLARIFICATION REG CONTRIBUTION WHICH HAS BEEN RECEIVED AFTER DATE OF LEAVING"
I can't able to find this reason or related enquiry on the internet. Please help me out to understand the reason so that I can resubmit form again.

It seems that your employer might have submitted the contributios late after your leaving the organisation.
Seek clarification from your employer.
Meet concerned epfo in person.
May be a letter in this regard would be required to be submitted jointly by you and your employer.
