Considering a Short-Term HR Course After MBA: Is a Tier 1 Institute Worth It?

I have completed an MBA in HR and have approximately 5 years of experience in an HR/Admin profile. I am considering enrolling in a short-term HR course to boost my career. Please advise if it's really necessary to do a course from a tier 1 institute.
