Shram Suvidha OTP Issues: Has Anyone Else Faced Site Problems Recently?

Mobile verification OTP was not received on Shram Suvidha at the time of registration for PF and ESIC. The site has not been working for the last 10-12 days.

Shram Suvidha OTP Problem

The OTP problem with Shram Suvidha still exists. Additionally, there is no response from the help desk of Shram Suvidha.

Since the last more than 20 days, this problem of OTP persists. In Maharashtra, effective from 01.10.2020, many small establishments are coming under the purview of ESIC coverage, and they are not able to apply and obtain ESIC registration.

Relief from Delay in Application Submission

Are they going to get relief from the delay in the submission of the application for registration, and the delay in the submission of DF because of this issue in the Shram Suvidha?

Delay in OTP Delivery and Registration Issues

The OTP is now being sent through email for the past 5-6 days. Consequently, employee (IP) registration (DF) is now delayed by more than 10 days. You will receive an SCN online immediately for such delayed registration. You must meet the officer in person to understand what is happening in any government office.

Corruption in Labor Departments

The Labor Department, PF Department, and ESI Department are among the most corrupt departments. The PF/ESI consultants contribute to this corruption.

Shram Subidha Portal is not working today. I have tried multiple times to get the OTP, but I have failed to receive it.
