Termination Management Position by Company wants to fight in court

Termination Case.Working for 30 years ...Can we fight if I employee from court and we have proof that this is done purposefully by the management side. Also they had not asked to give resignation and terminated hereby disgracing the employee. They are giving 3 months salary but I want to fight in the court . Kindly advice.
