Advice on employees exceeding daily work time - Due to Covid 19 material getting late and the project deadline can not be exceeded

Dear Sir, I am Ashwini, HR of Automation Company
Sir need your advice regarding the Project team is working on more than 9 hrs a day at the time of Project submission.
Due to COVID 19 material getting late and the project deadline can not be exceeded in that case how I can help them.
Overtime is not there. Please advise that my team can get some relief.
