Which types of returns need to be filed, and what documents need to be maintained under the Shop & Establishment Act? As per my knowledge, the following acts are applicable: EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Maternity Benefits. If any other actions are applicable, please advise with the due dates.
