Hello Readers, I worked for a Pvt Ltd company in Bangalore for 7 years and quit in 2018. Since then, my repeated requests for PF have fallen on deaf ears, either with the company or the EPFO office. The employer has not remitted its share from 2013 to 2018, which is a crime under the law. However, the inability of the PF office to bring justice in this case makes me wonder who I should approach next. What are my best chances to get my PF issue resolved in this kind of scenario?

Please do not suggest applying for a grievance on the EPFO website; it has already been done 5 times. I have come here to find a solution, which I'm unable to find any longer from the PF website or office itself.
