ESIC Circular on Bill Reimbursement: Is It Only for Chennai or State-Specific?

Dear All, please find attached a circular from ESIC dated 07.09.2020 regarding the procedure for reimbursement of bills by IPs. It appears that this circular is specific to Chennai. Could you please confirm? Additionally, it is worth noting that each state has its own distinct process in place. Thank you.
