Struggling to Withdraw PF After Rejoining the Same Company: How Can I Resolve This?

Please help me to withdraw my PF contribution. I started working with an organization in Feb 2010 and left the same in Aug 2014. In order to withdraw my Provident Fund, I have submitted Form 19 and 10C manually to EPFO to withdraw my contribution from the Provident Fund. After three months, I rejoined the same organization, and the same UAN and PF number were issued to me by the company. Now, I am not able to withdraw my PF as it was rejected by the EPFO with the comment "The Claim has already been settled." Please suggest how I can withdraw my fund. Please help.
