Salary structure, I mean, components of salary need not be uniform as applicable to all the cadres and posts. There could be different structures & components depending on duties & responsibilities attached to each post/cadres.

Not at all.. You may (+-) components basis grades, however for junior level you must ensure adhering all the compliances (Minimum wages, Esic, PF, Bonus, etc)
