Procedures for Availing ESIC Benefits
To avail of benefits from ESIC, one needs to follow the procedures as outlined in the Act and regulations. In case of emergencies where there is no alternative but to admit the insured person or their family member to a private hospital, ESIC may consider reimbursement of hospital expenses under certain circumstances. However, in your case, you will not be eligible for this.
